硅胶产品去合模线之研磨工艺

硅胶产品在其制作过程中，经模具成型后会有合模线。合模线会影响产品的美观，因此去合模线是其产品必备之工艺。

机型选择上一般是根据产品来确定的，今天我们以快速流动式涡流研磨机为例： 

1.采用流动式涡流式硅胶研磨机，重切削粗磨石，粗磨石可选球形，亦可根据产品选择相对应的形状。

2.将硅胶产品与研磨液、研磨石一起投放至机器中，启动设备，设备快速转动使硅胶产品与研磨石相互摩擦，进行粗磨从而去除产品表面油污、合模线和表面瑕疵。

3.粗磨后的产品进行清洗烘干再投入下一步操作流程。

The grinding process for removing the demolding lines of silicone rubber products

During the manufacturing process of silicone products, after being molded by molds, there will be a seam line. This seam line will affect the appearance of the products. Therefore, removing the seam line is an essential process for these products.

When it comes to model selection, it is usually based on the product. Let's take the rapid-flowing eddy current grinding machine as an example today:

1. Adopt a mobile type of vortex type silica gel grinding machine. Use heavy cutting coarse grinding stones. The coarse grinding stones can be spherical in shape, and the corresponding shapes can be selected according to the products.

2. Put the silicone products, grinding liquid and grinding stones into the machine together. Start the equipment. The equipment rotates rapidly, causing the silicone products to rub against the grinding stones. Through this rough grinding process, the oil stains, parting lines and surface flaws on the products are removed.

3. After the coarse grinding, the products are cleaned, dried and then put into the next operation process.
